	Registering With The Council Buildings and land need to be declared once the property is registered into your name(s) with the Council within 1 year. What documents are required? 1-Title deed photo copy 2- Passport photocopy 3-Tax Number This procedure is very simple and straight forward and you will get assistance from us.Avarage Council tax bill is only 40€/a year. Property tax is paid in 2 equal payments. 1st payment in May, 2nd payment is due by November 30th.Or you can pay in one payment in May.
	Registering Electric Between the builder and ourselves we will assist you in registering your electric connection in your name for the property. (Electricity bills can be payed by direct debbit from your turkish bank account)
	Registering Water Between the builder and ourselves we will assist you in registering your water connection in your name for the property. (Water bills can not be payed by direct debbit.You need to pay them yourselves by the council.) You only pay for the water you use.There is no standing charge.
	Apply Residency Permit
	Registering Telephone & DSL You can simply request to Turkish Telecom company which is located above the post office near the Caravansarail and its on the second floor. You will need; 1- Passport Photocopy 2-Residency Permit 3- Tax Number Usually they will connect it same day if you request in the morning or max 3or4 days(depending on the location of you property)
